Iowa finds underrated guys who turn out to be topnotch TEs, LBs, and DBs fairly routinely. Which teams do this with qbs and rbs?

for e.g wi fits the bill at rb

I mean you could make an argument both ways for Wisconsin, considering that while they're dominant in the Big Ten/college, most fade into obscurity in the NFL.

Jonathan Taylor, Melvin Gordon, and James White are the exceptions thus far.

Purdue has done a great job with QB's. They always seem to have a good one, and I'm not sure how many of them were highly recruited.
Lately Purdue has been known more for quality wideouts than QB’s. But regardless of skill position (except for TE), PU has completely outclassed Iowa in all offensive phases as of late.
