White House claims constitution isn’t constitutional.

Some day we can have the double speak of living in a post unconstitutional constitution period.
Too bad someday the evidence of that unconstitutional constitution will be altered, changed, or burned by all us Winston Smith’s.
I have to wonder if JD would be as bad. I think we really need Trump to throw a clot. Let the civil war happen because MAGA will no doubt claim a conspiracy had him taken out. Then try to rebuild.

I posted in another thread. Trump is going to purposely create a crisis, he’ll use the opportunity to consolidate power and then he’ll be the dictator. He already has the Supreme Court with him. The only checks and balances will be violence.
Trump has nothing to do with this beyond being a figurehead. The people running this show would run the Vance show. It would be better spoken but the basic script would be the same.

Think about this. They are saying something printed in the constitution is unconstitutional.
Set aside any feelings of whether or not you think people born in the US should be citizens. That’s clouding the real problem. If POTUS can blatantly take away this constitutional right… this or any future POTUS can follow suit. A liberal President can just nix the 2nd amendment to bare arms. A wannabe dictator can just eliminate the first amendment right to free speech.
Forget your opinion on immigration policy… EVERYONE should oppose this.

One theory about January 6th was if the certification was delayed and Congress adjourned. He could then claim any certification was unconstitutional. The wording is for the certification to take place on that date.
Declare an emergency and then chaos happens. People laughing at that would never happen well the post revision history of January 6th. Has shown Republicans will swallow anything.
