you can’t always get what you want!
Palmer......Nicklaus, Woods, Trevino, Tom Watson, Player, Faldo, Mickelson, Ballesteros and Payne Stewart. These guys in about this order.

Palmer is my #1 because....he made golf a game to play and his presence was just what TV golf needed to explode. Every tour player should donate 10% of every cent they earn on tour to Arnold Palmer out of respect.

I missed Hogan and Snead by 4-5 years. They were at the tailend of their careers by the time I started paying attention.

I know I missed a couple.

I'm only 33, so I've missed a bunch of the legends. In no particular order:

Tiger
Rory- I think he's the most talented of them all. The most likely to go really low in any given round
Phil
Ernie
Greg Norman
Vijay- if he were an average putter, he'd have 8+ majors.
Steve Elkington- from a talent standpoint, he was top notch. Sadly, his health rarely afforded him 4 good days in a row.
Fred Couples
Spieth- unreal game, can win anywhere
John Daly- could've been one of the elite
