Albeit a much larger versionNile Kinnick. There. I said it. Been on my mind all week.
Good one. Both great running QBs in high school.God.
But more versatile like Micha Hyde.
Might as well say Chris Gamble from Ohio State. He played both waysNile Kinnick. There. I said it. Been on my mind all week.
Yea, Tyler Sash was what I thought. He reminds me a lot of Tyler Sash... Always in good position to make the play, tough as nails, quick feet and very good instincts on the field...
1st and Goal this weekend, Coop runs in a for a wildcat QB play...book it!
Don't want to wear this kid out however wasn't he also holding FG's in fall camp as well? Even a handful of offensive plays or opportunities could be interesting and potentially game-changing.
MICAH HYDE (Sean McDonough): Here you go, here's both of his pick 6's...by the way thoughts with Hyde as he had a season ending neck injury last week.Micah Hyde
The pick 6 from last week reminded me of Hyde's (I think in the bowl game against Missouri)
Until CDJ punts 19 times a game I'd hold off on that.Nile Kinnick. There. I said it. Been on my mind all week.
Don’t you dare tempt Kirk Ferentz.Until CDJ punts 19 times a game I'd hold off on that.
Lol i said that a week ago!Nile Kinnick. There. I said it. Been on my mind all week.
Or the Sash to Hyde combo. Lets get them both in there.....Micah Hyde
The pick 6 from last week reminded me of Hyde's (I think in the bowl game against Missouri)
I’m laughing but I agree……he reminds me of what Nile Kinnick probably played like….. he could probably play both ways tooYou can say Deion Sanders. You can say Rick Bayless. I will say Nile Kinnick come hell or high water.
A little bit but I think DeJean is much faster/quicker and overall a better athlete though. He reminds me a lot of Tyler Sash... Always in good position to make the play, tough as nails, quick feet and very good instincts on the field...
My God. Only took him 4 games into his career? LOLNile Kinnick. There. I said it. Been on my mind all week.
It's posts like his that remind us at times some fanatics are just delusional. DeJean is off to a great start in his career and barring injury can have a super career-- but 4 games into it and comparing him to Nile Kinnick shows how far out there some people can be.Until CDJ punts 19 times a game I'd hold off on that.
I see Micah HydeNile Kinnick. There. I said it. Been on my mind all week.
Just a great athlete. He makes so many plays, and even when he doesn't make the tackle he's nearby.
👍
“DeGene” per Chad Leistikow. So which is it? DeGene or DeJohn? I've heard announcers use both.
