No, these are the guys that qualified slots for the B1G. If we qualified, say, 7 at a weight, the top 7 B1G finishers at that weight are in. If one of the 7 that qualified these slots finishes out of the top 7, he would need to get an at large based on his qualifications.I don't get it? So regardless of how anyone finishes in the Big Ten tournament, these are the guys from the Big Ten that make it to nationals,
other than guys that get chosen as wild cards qualifiers?
Clark gets in based on his resume. Earth would have to change rotation for him not to get in.Hey PSU Mike....Thanks.
So...for example: if Iowa's Cory Clark injury defaults out after 1 match and gets 12th in the BigTen tourney, he's still in the NCAA tourney,
and if Iowa's Holloway (Hwt) gets 3rd in the BigTen tourney, he's also in the NCAA tourney, but then so is Jensen, even if he'd get 6th place at BigTen's?

Title changed, but likely still confusing...The subject line of this thread confuses the issue. These wrestlers haven't received anything.
The list of names that SHP provided are the wrestlers that earned the gold standard (Winning %, RPI, Coaches Ranking), per NCAA, and earned the allocation. That is about all you need to understand.
It's funny that we understand the process and yet have a difficult time explaining it in a clear and concise manner.is this you guys first year watching wrestling?
An easy one would be the Pac-12 above. Only the champion of the Pac-12 tournament gets an automatic bid to the NCAA tournament. Anyone else has to hope for an "at-large" selection.
