I think USC and K-state get hosed.

I also think MSU (10) gets a tough 2 seed in the 3rd round.

I think the Big will be seeded horribly.

Some teams with good RPIs, but not as many wins / road wins vs the top 50 rpi, will appear to be screwed.

And ESPN will be bitching and moaning about it because that doesn't line up with what 22 ranked Lunardi had, even though the committee has said time and time again how important the top 50 / top 50 road wins are vs the team's RPI.

Illinois State. Perhaps VCU (no away wins vs top 50, lost to Fordham).
