Who Here Was First Back to Iowa

i took red eye after game to MSP and crossed into Iowa by car at about 8 am CST Saturday.

Anyone beat me to Iowa?

Yep, got into Iowa at 4am on Saturday. Got into bed about 5 am.

Charter flight with athletics/HMB. I actually think we touched down about 3-3:30am but by time luggage was sorted and we got back to IC, it was around 4 am. It was all kind of a blur by that point, haha. Getting up at 4:30am to go to the parade made for a long day.

Drove to GrandCannon then to
Winslow then straight to Iowa
I thought I made great time since
I drove every mile to and from
Pasadena ...at 53 of age

Definitely a long drive. I drove 4 of us out to the game, and made it back Sunday morning at 6:30 am. We got a few hr head start after the game Friday and then drove almost 24 hrs straight sat/sun. Really lucky for great weather both out and back (we left Sunday prior to bad weather in Iowa), that would be one horrible drive in bad weather...
