Who owns the land in Gaza? Dont the residents own much of that land as individuals?

Who outside of Gaza has the right to just take the land. There have to be people there who own lots. Not sure how much legal paperwork is still intact but there were probably records in the cloud.

It seems absurd that the Dumpster would think he could legally grab all that land. But he is a thief and fraudster.

*Only 50% of Gaza Strip is owned by individuals
*The sale of that land to “Jews”/enemy is punishable by death.
