At least he had them even. Last one before this was 11 months ago.. Biden didn't function in this meeting. This administration is a disaster.

If Jill was sitting at a Joe’s spot I could understand the grievance, but she is not, and contrary to what the tweet indicates, the “head of the table” holds no distinction at cabinet meetings.

To call it abnormal ok, I was curious about the use of pathetic. That is not the first time someone not a member of the cabinet has taken a seat.
The bigger story here is that biden hasn't had a cabinet meeting in nearly a year and his first one since then makes him look like a bigger vegetable than normal even (quite the accomplishment)
