I went Nealon and Macdonald. I really loved Nealon's Mr Subliminal bit he would do, and Norm is Norm.

It’s Norm but the bits with Jost/Che making each other tell racist jokes are f*cking hilarious.
Norm by a mile, then Che/Jost and then Dennis Miller. Although the single funniest joke I’ve heard on Weekend Update was by Tina Fey. I don’t recall the exact phrasing but she reported on a story about students in China urging the government to stop making chopsticks out of bamboo because it was a waste of resources. The Chinese government agreed and announced that from now on chopsticks will be made from the bones of dissident students.
Norm is hard to beat.
The "ignorant slut" line is, ofc, legendary but that was Dan Aykroyd and Jane Curtin, not Bill and Jane.

Ackroyd was the acting “station manager” in that segment. Not a host. She and Murray were anchors together.
Say what you will about when S&L was best overall, but Che and jost are the best fake news team. When they write each others jokes they have to read out loud sometimes I have had tears in my eyes.
