Judge Vince Chhabria denied class action certification in the case, calling Mark Schobinger, the former senior director of compensation, the “worst possible representative” for the other employees.
Chhabria slammed the “convoluted” claims, saying Schobinger would be better suited as a defendant than a plaintiff.
