That is also ridiculous.
Getting rid of abortions does not take away the woman's franchise nor does it prevent her from making choices in terms of career, marriage, sexual relations, freedom of movement and pretty much anything else in life.
It only limits her choices after pregnancy has already occurred. It also limits the father's choices as well.
Ironically, you may be partly on to something (though it's the opposite of what you believe). While lack of reproductive freedom by religious conservatives dramatically curtails women's rights ... post-reproductive 'liberal freedoms' for women dramatically curtails men's rights (or at least did, until recent changes that go some distance in levelling the playing field for men).
