It's because he has confused immigration

He keeps talking about him because one time a few years ago Hannibal Lecter walked up to him with tears in his eyes and said, "Mr. President, you're the greatest leader the entire world has ever seen. What you've done is unimaginably amazing. You taught me the meaning of life. I just want to be like you."
