Will HROT be going non-premium anytime soon?

The popularity of the OT board was a great way to increase page views, which had to be good for increased advertising dollars and full memberships.

I'm sure memberships were inflated a bit when the board went to premium, but that has to have gone back to normal levels by now.

I was thinking about this the other day. We do need to somehow figure out a way to get some new blood in here. I'm even getting tired of seeing my own posts.

The same porn bomb that forced this board to clamp down went off in the football board and didn't cause the restrictions. I vote for letting the rabble back in even if it means I may see some naked people.

Yeah, I have to say, I never understood the difference. If you wanted to link all kinds of inappropriate stuff to the football board or basketball board, nothing stops you. Making those premium would probably kill the website though. And, I am strictly guessing, those boards tend to come first for proactive moderation.

That is great! I don't recall if I like Hawkness Monster or not...but my respect level just went up quite a bit. I didn't check; does it say who coined PIITB?
