Will media ask that ref what he was doing?

Clearly the field judge wanted to give him the TO but at the instant he started to wave his arms upward the snap occurred. I don't know what the line judge, the head linesman or the referee were doing at the time, besides obviously ignoring the Iowa coaching staff.

To be fair the only people that would of seen the Iowa bench/coaches would of been the 3 deep guys. Everyone else would of had their backs to the bench or looking down the line. Umpire I suppose also could of gave a glance, but I’m guessing they were all watching their guys and didn’t notice.
