I actually thought the same thing. They had zero faith in going INTO the wind given the playcalling, and you're effectively giving Purdue a chance to seize momentum and the lead like they did in the 1st quarter with the wind.

The premise to doing that to me is you have the lead in the 4th. And they in my mind weren't going to. Every point in that game I believe was scored with the wind.
