We purchased the air inclusive travel package through the alumni assn and Winebrenner Travel. I have received no baggage tickets, game tickets, or departure times. I was supposed to leave for the holidays today, but I can't because I don't have this yet. Anyone else purchase the 4-day air inclusive through them?

Show up at the airport and they check you in. You get everything at the airport so you don't lose it. Won't need baggage tickets cuz they load it and unload it and deliver to the room. Packet at airport has tickets and all you need. You just need to know when to be at the airport and drivers license. Relax.

Package arrived from Winebrenner via fedex at 6:50 tonight. Included luggage tags, flight info, vouchers, wrist bands.

I have no idea when I'm supposed to be at the airport. Being told "January 29th" is a fairly large time window.

Just asked the question whether others are in this situation. And, despite the fact that we were supposed to travel today but can't now, I am fairly relaxed. Thanks for the suggestion.

I would call them. Better to be safe than sorry.
