The great thing about these new tackle commits is our existing depth. They should have a redshirt year plus one to build up for big ten play. I really like their length and athleticism.

WAechter is at OT, Newborg is inside player at OG and Twins seem to be working both OG and OT.

Daniels has been and can play pretty much everything, but I agree he is a center going forward. But nice to have that versatility in case we need him to change positions due to injuries

I think Daniels plays guard most of the season.

I'd bet money he plays more snaps at G than C

It feels like we have some depth in the pipeline and with the injuries that always occur on the o-line it seems a healthy position to be in.

Another freshman we will see is dalton furgerson.. Former walk-on looked like the biggest guy in the team last year. I believe broke the 2 deeps late in the year..

We have a junior at one tackle and hearing good things about Waecher at tackle. So when Wirfs and Kallenberger arrive, they will most certainly red shirt. One open position when they are freshmen but I would think one of the twins would be in a slot. That gives them at least two years to develop and fill out.

Line depth is critical because you can have a lot of attrition over the course of a season.
