Wow, I didnt realize how far the Big 10 as a whole has dropped. A lot of average teams in the conference.

Historically Wisconsin and Rutgers have been very good. They are the most surprising to see them with an RPI >200.

I don't remember Wisconsin being good, at least not since the 90's. Illinois went to the Elite Eight once during the Grentz days, I think.
