I forgot Dake moved down.He doesn't want to see Dake again. Dake broke DT last time out.

No your right. DT's dad driving him to Utah up to 3 days a week for years to get to learn and train with the Sandersons didn't teach him an ankle pick. Wait you did know he grew up in Wyoming and lived about 1.5hrs aways from the Sandersons? He didnt move to Ohio till high school.
I don't think Dake could get big enough to stay with Taylor at his current size and I don't think Taylor can beat Dake at 74Kgs. They will stay where they are. Burroughs may not beat Dake the next time. I hope he does, because I just plain and simple like the guy. (not in a hand holding way).
I think Garrett or Gilman will be the next representative for the world team at 125. In the spirit of full disclosure, I am never right about any of this stuff.
Gwiz represents us well. Lets hope he can make the transition to being a freestyle star also.
That's not the real story...this is the real story of how it happened:
A young wrestling coach and his pregnant wife from Utah took some of his club kids to a big tourney in Reno in early December one year. Long story short, she ends up having the kid in a hospital in Reno. So the boys had to wait there in the maternity waiting room...one of those where you can see the new borns through the window.
One of the wrestlers was a special lad. You could see it...almost a glow about him that he was destined for great things. A natural leader, he led the boys in prayer after which he volunteered to give blood (he even ran outside and gave the free cookie and juice they give you afterwards to a homeless dude). Not enough, they started drilling wrestling moves in the waiting room with our main lad drilling his favorite move, the "ankle pick", over and over and over again. Unbeknownst to the guys, a young pair of newborn eyes was watching our special lad through the window...Although the baby could hardly see, it was almost as if he was magically imprinting the motions of our young lad who's name turned out to be Cael. The baby? Well I think you know who I am talking about by now as DT was the baby in Reno that night. No shit.
Betcha ya didn't know that!!!
You want to cut off part of both legs or most of one?Wonder if DT could get back down to 165 now? I'd almost rather see him instead of JB at this point and keep Cox where he is.
I am very interested to see Dake and Burroughs. JB was 4-0 but I think Dake might knock him off.
It would be nice to pull for him instead of against him. It would be a great lesson in forgiveness and acceptance for some of us.I agree with this. I was monumentally impressed with Dake in the OTT finals. I'm ready for him to step in and be the guy. He's just too damn good not to be.
I think a healthy Dake could represent us at this time and at the next games even better then JB can , also the fact that KD and DT can train together instead of training to compete against each other will make both of them that much better just like JB did for Green . This is the unbelievable level of competitors we need training together to be the best in the world..
I agree chief he most likely is still adjusting to carrying the extra I think he takes out Cox and he will be the man at 86kgI think DT had a problem adjusting to his weight last year...not as fluid and quick, more upper body hand fighting up there. He has made the adjustment IMO and is more athletic than most of the guys at that weight class. Excited to see what he can do at worlds if he can knock off Cox
Very good point regarding training together and not against.

I was thinking the same...some of these wrestlers were rivals when in college...nice to have on our side now....Taylor gave the Hawks fits in college.....much more fun to root for him than against
