World leaders caught on video talking trash about Trump

“They” didn’t go to Iraq.

If you’re talking about Afghanistan, almost 60 nations (Ireland, Bangladesh, Republic of Congo...) joined the party.

It’s been a huge success. Turning the corner any day now.
The UK and Poland, both EU members, were most certainly in Iraq for the invasion and after.

About as much as that BS response about Trump robbing the bank, which is a Democratic talking point that has been posted here dozens of times.
It can be posted a million times. 1 for every time some dope uses the argument OiT did. The fact is, its an accurate and correct analogy.

Shooting a gun at a range is not.

The Libs on this board love to re-write history. You are just going to upset them when you point out the fact that is what they are doing.

Wait for the excuses in 5, 4 ....

Because they are good friends of the US, France is not, goes back to the end of WWII. Butthurt that French is not the de facto world language.

Uh... He's wrong.

The UK and Poland participated in the invasion of Iraq.

It is illegal to show the gun at the bank. In this case, it was pulled out at the shooting range. If he shot someone he would be guilty. But he was there to shoot targets.
Proving intent is impossible, and you cannot impeach a President on the possibility he was going to use the information for political gain, when he had a clear cut responsibility to look for corruption in one of the most corrupt places on earth. Plus, if you do not think that Biden Jr. getting $3.64 M in income from a Ukrainian Oligarch stinks, then I have some old fish to sell you.

As far as Hunter Biden goes, it is the way of the world. Sometimes you get a great job because you know, or are related to, someone. There’s no evidence that the United States government did anything to help Hunter.

It strains any credulity that Trumps actions reference Ukraine were anything except an attempt to aid himself politically. He asked one country to investigate one person who happened to be his main political opponent. He wanted a fake “Benghazi” or “emails” to use against Biden in 2020.

It’s simply amazing that Republicans won’t even say that this was inappropriate. The same Republicans who cries impeachment during the IRS “scandal” that didn’t even remotely involve Obama. They need to be actively negotiating for a censure resolution in both houses. Maybe Democrats accept that and spare him the stain of impeachment.

he attempted to warn Ukraine about dealing with the corrupt and criminal bidens. for that, trump is a hero and a great American

How much do you think the other members of the Board were being paid?????????

I don't care about the numbers. Seminole97 said "They" didn't go to Iraq. They did. And then you chirped up and said liberals revise history.

Just who revised history in that exchange?
They didn't go to Iraq in any numbers because they are shitty partners. The French have been stabbing us in the back for 75 years.

But remember one thing. Article 5 has been invoked 1 time in history. And it wasn't to aid the French, the Brits, the Germans, the Italians, or Canadians. It was for the US and all of those nations showed up to help us. And Poland. Don't forget Poland.

Hardly a surprise since Article 5 was created in 1949 in the aftermath of World War II.

I would love to see the damage control going on right now with those 3.

Love him or hate him, Trump has a lot of power. It is not in a country’s best interest to piss off the piggy bank

It's always a good move to remind everyone when the emperor has no clothes. Or when a world "leader" is a total idiot.

Liberals don’t understand how the impeachment will backfire in them. They only talk to each other
Then why are Republicans fighting it so hard.
you know how we know impeachment is failing?
Tell us, oh wise one. :p

They had guns when they went to Iraq on our behalf.

Trump is literally telling foreign leaders, if you don't pay up, we might not show up. That is about as close to the mindset of the Mafia as one could be. It's called extortion.

The Germans carried guns into Iraq on our behalf?
Sounds like something Trump would say and believe.

Put down the shovel.
EU is not NATO.

"Nobody squabbled when they went to Iraq. They went because Article 5 had been invoked and one of us (NATO member nations) had been attacked."

Article 5 pertains to NATO (not the EU).
We didn't invoke Article 5 because Iraq didn't attack us.

Poland wasn't in NATO, hell they weren't even in the EU before 2004, until after we invaded Iraq.

You should probably find another thread where you can contribute.

30% of France and Germany's GDP is tied to exports. 12% for the US. Germany and France export lots of machinery to China for advanced manufacturing. France also has a "special" relationship with Iran and it is a big market for them. The political needs of the US and those of Europe do not always align. They are being bitches in terms of holding China accountable, and they know it. The reality is it is harder for them to stand up to China and Iran as they keep the lights on for them.

Lets address these, point by point.

1. Trump has been going after EU countries, among others, about financing NATO. That is not our role in NATO. That is a topic for all of NATO to deal with. Add to that EU countries came to our aid when needed. So for him to threaten that we would turn out backs on them if they haven't paid up is laughable at best. Fact is, they may not show up for us again.

2. Article 5 was invoked after 9/11. Real President Cheney and his trained pet monkey George told the US that it was Iraq who attacked us. They lied, obviously. It took over 5 years to for Bush to recant his false statements.

3. Poland has been a NATO nation since March 12th, 1999.

Fact is, this thread is about how foreign leaders are mocking our slovenly President as an ignorant, boorish pig by laughing about him at events and making him stand out in the cold while others walk by and enter. He is the stinky kid in school. Nobody wants to be near him and they quite enjoy openly mocking him.

I know what the thread is about, because I started it. So move along if you have a problem with it or me.

How much do you think the other members of the Board were being paid?????????

So it’s governments business to regulate the pay rate for executives? Again, he was paid what the business thought he was worth. Find something that Joe Biden did wrong. No one else has.

Wow, Republicans have caught grief for ignoring Trumps locker room talk, but you are willing to overlook obvious corruption, or at least a very big gap in judgement that is far worse.

If big gaps in judgement were criminal, every jail in the country would have to expand 100x for weekend stays.

And he deserves every bit of it. Macron had put him in his place earlier in the day, but BoJo has no room to talk shit about anyone. Today should be interesting for Trump. What with having to go face to face with people who are openly mocking him, and impeachment hearings being held at home.

What''s the odds he locks himself in his hotel room and watches Fox News all day?

The French including Macron have never put anyone in their place.

The streets in Paris are tree lined so the German Army could march thru Paris in the shade, they don’t call the French Army the rifle droppers for nothing.

People get jobs because of who their family is, who they know. What is corrupt about that? Joe Biden did not do anything corrupt. Nothing.

And even if he did, it would not have any impact whatsoever on Trumps criminal activities and corruption, not to mention his obstruction of justice and contempt of congress.

You keep conflating the EU and NATO. They are separate entities.

That is not our role in NATO. That is a topic for all of NATO to deal with.

Do you expect the freeloaders to bring up the subject of the bill?
That's pretty naive.
They don't want to spend 2% of their GDP on 'defense'. They simply don't perceive the threat our MIC has stamped on the minds of our most gullible.

Add to that EU countries came to our aid when needed. So for him to threaten that we would turn out backs on them if they haven't paid up is laughable at best. Fact is, they may not show up for us again.

If they won't help us invade Afghanistan or Iraq I'm fine with that. We need to get out of the biz ASAP.
If Russia invades Poland tomorrow, how much help can Germany send?
This year they kept classified a readiness report that was supposed to published because,
"[t]he overall view allows such concrete conclusions about the current readiness of the Bundeswehr that knowledge by unauthorised individuals would harm the security interests of the Federal Republic of Germany"!

"The readiness levels of the CH-53 helicopter and Tornado fighter jets remained at the low levels seen in 2017, when an average 16 of 72 CH-53 helicopters were combat-ready, and 26 of 93 Tornado fighter jets."

2. Article 5 was invoked after 9/11. Real President Cheney and his trained pet monkey George told the US that it was Iraq who attacked us. They lied, obviously. It took over 5 years to for Bush to recant his false statements.

You're the one who conflated NATO and Iraq:
"Nobody squabbled when they went to Iraq. They went because Article 5 had been invoked and one of us (NATO member nations) had been attacked."
That's your quote.
I simply pointed out that we didn't invoke Article 5 to invade Iraq. 'NATO' didn't go.
Your rejoinder was that the "UK and Poland, both EU members, were most certainly in Iraq," again conflating NATO and the EU.

Then, when another poster pointed out the Germans couldn't field rifles for exercises a few years ago you wrote, "They had guns when they went to Iraq on our behalf."
The Germans didn't invade Iraq with us.
This is why I can't figure out if you're confused, or just badly informed.

3. Poland has been a NATO nation since March 12th, 1999.

Yes, but they went into Iraq with us hoping we'd repay the favor by putting bases in their country. They're still begging us to do it. It wasn't a selfless act on their part to add 2,000 or so troops to our Iraq invasion.
All these other nations act with their interests foremost in mind.

I know what the thread is about, because I started it. So move along if you have a problem with it or me.

My problem is with you getting basic facts wrong, because I assume you form your opinions based on them.
Hell, if you knew what was actually happening you might even have a different opinion.
