Worst dual I've ever seen the Hawks wrestle

Worst ever in CHA. Looked like they had a three hour practice ending at 6:50. Pitiful. Wish I didn't have so much money wrapped up in NY trip, or I'd take my son there some other time, if this is what we're going to give. And now we'll limp into the postseason with two good wrestlers injured again.

I think the injury chances will always out weight the value of any significant importance of a dual championship being held any time close to tournament time. We might lose McCutcheon and you could loose Brooks and Stoll (or have our guys hampered by these injuries)

I'm interested how the other participating teams faired health wise!

I will add that the original concept of the duals as they started as the Virginia Duals was possibly the best timing for an event like this. (my opinion)

I was more talking about the lack of effort, points left on the mat, two keys Hawks getting hurt etc, than the actual score. Also the fact that the Hawks were HEAVY favorites.

Agree 100%. Horrible timing for the event and completely meaningless the last several years. Not to mention injuries.

Most every one fighting the dual championship idea sights the late date they have tried in recent years is not workable with conference and NCAAs Championships so close. Now the Holiday season is filled with open tournaments that would be in conflict with a dual tournament.

I believe you could rotate the duals among these tournaments much like the NCAA Championship game has been rotated among the major bowl sites. The remaining opens would draw those not involved in the dual championships. I believe the NWCA would be able to draw a very appealing eight teams willing to participate.

The ability to rest starters depending on the scores and match ups might lessen the wear and tear of wrestling the number of duals to complete the tournament in one 2/3day weekend.

Okie states season got killed by the injury bug.
Brock-out for the year
Crutch-out for the year in sounds like. Chandler Rogers may be better though.
Jo Jo is banged up too.

Haven't seen Hunter Steiber lately.
