Worst Hire Lick or Looper?

Which one do you think was worst?

Lick, because it is a revenue sport.

Honestly I had no idea who the softball coach was until about a week ago when I heard they had an upset in the B1G tourney.

If they were on the same planet visibility wise it would be Looper and it wouldn’t be close. Iowa was an ok, top 75-type program before Lick sent us to the dumpster. Iowa softball was a perennial B1G power before Looper drove them off a cliff.

Still not sure how she let all the in state recruits get away.

But as Fran said, it’s probably Lick just from a revenue stand point.

Looper is a terrific pitching coach and her pitching staffs have been great her whole tenure. Lick did nothing well.
