you realize 5/14 isn’t half of conference right? Big 12 has 5/10 above .500 in conference. They’ve all played each other and got all games in except 3 games which are all scheduled for Dec 12.

It’s a zero sum game when you only play conference games, it’s like watching your local horse racing circuit
Anybody with a keen eye would use this season as a litmus test to see that all of the P5 is the same except for the Big 12, which would quite honestly lose half of the games it played against the MAC. Every game would come down to debatable pass interference calls

Math is hard for you Clowns. If you have teams in conference that are above .500 by multiple games, or are undefeated, that will increase the number of teams below .500. 5/14 teams above .500 is about right for the Big Ten given the records of teams over .500. The Big Ten is playing in a closed loop, for every winner in conference there is a loser. At the end of every game the composite record for all Big Ten teams is .500.
Big 12 was 0-3 against the Sun Belt, that's all I need to know. The Big 12 sucks.

If the Conference Commissioner isn't paid to make decisions, then he shoud be the Conference Receptionist, and his salary should be a reflection of his limited value.
School presidents and chancellors run their school and conference.Always have. The Commissioner is their maitre d’ especially when one was appointed only a few months before this situation came to be. Might Delaney done something differently? Probably. But he’d been on the job longer than most of his bosses and had lots of leeway based on his experiences and successes.
