Illinois D efficiency — 60
Last season Iowa averaged 15.3 fouls per game. Illinois averaged 16. Illinois has fouled significantly less so far this year because the have some inside presence and have stepped back their aggressive pressure defense.
Think Iowa will hold Maryland under 60? Lol Me either.

I maintain that Iowa has won the last five in a row against Illinois and will make it seven in a row this season.
I also maintain that Illinois will be firing YET ANOTHER basketball coach after next season following your EIGHTH STRAIGHT SEASON without an NCAA Tourney invite.
Underwood is brutal. Illinois is irrelevant.
So you not understand that efficiency is affected by what refs allow a team to get away with in the way of fouls. Not saying anything about Iowa's efficiency as they suck, but a great example is MSU. They are typically a very good defensive team, in large part because refs allow them to mug and foul without calling anything.
sure man, all refs over the course of the season let Illinois and MSU foul with impunity.
I’ll notify Pomeroy. He’ll want to take that into consideration.
