budmayr was on point as recruiter and came through to snag schaffer out of wisconsin before home state decided to offer
Not so sure on this one … I will give him the benefit of the doubt but I ain’t holding my breathe on him being a superstar WR.. will see and I obviously hope he succeeds at Iowa

Very athletic, former QB, good speed - I like him!
The kid's film as a running QB is insane. Athleticism is at a very high level. Now if he can catch like he runs, then we have a good one.
Watch his JR film, mostly as a running QB, and you'll find out pretty quickly. Now, can he catch? That remains to be seen.
The first couple of plays were like watching Coach Klein breaking down defensive film in the Waterboy.

As poor as Iowa’s passing game has been in the last five years, when recruiting wide receivers, beggars cannot be choosers. It is going to take some time to convince top flight recruits or even those in the transfer portal that coming to Iowa as a wide receiver is a good move for them. I like the looks of this guy. Charlie Jones was a 2 star recruit; just sayin.
Seems appropriate since Brody is number three. Their games as quarterbacks seemed very similar to. Cooper might have been a little more developed, but the cutting and vision and overall athleticism seem to be there.
Good lord, talk about motion sickness, get a stabilizer for that damn camera.
Kid has great vision and good speed! Anyone else catch the ref biffing it at the 4:24 mark?
