I won't profess to being a football expert, many years ago coached lower level HS, so I'm seeking opinions of people that know more FB than I do. Obviously, it's unusual to have as few WR targets as Iowa did against Rutgers. Of course, as fans, we don't know the exact call or progressions of each route. What I'm wondering though, is with Johnson being out and Ragiani being limited, is the TE focus because CBs covering Iowa's current WR is a better matchup for them, versus nickel, safety or linebackers trying to cover LaPorta and Lachey?
