For years I’ve noticed that we have young guys get on the field to provide a spark only to see production taper off as they age in the program. That’s the opposite on the TE side of things, where guys show a flash early and we see them grow.
I’m curious if others have noticed the same or not, and if someone with a coaching background or college football background or higher has an opinion on why this is happening.
