The Hawkeyes are 2-1 heading into the 2022 Big Ten season, with the third game in the series, at Rutgers. We can't get to 3-0 in the 2022 season, but we certainly have an opportunity to push the series make with the Scarlet Knights at 3-0.



Iowa plays a Big Ten program that has lost nineteen straight games in conference play at home. 19 straight 🔥



Many are reminding Hawkeye fans of our 2016 season, where the offense took a hit due to injuries that year. Which is also the last time Iowa played at Rutgers. An ugly, 14-7 win by Iowa.



Rutgers is 3-0, but this year's Big Ten road opener appears to be a reverse of last year's Maryland game. Let's not be Maryland,



This season is for the seniors and the 2022 Hawkeyes. Leadership and getting key veterans, like WR Nico Ragaini back should help QB Spencer Petras in Week 4. Teams improve best between Game 1 and Game 2 the old adage goes. Well, this is Game 2 for Petras & Ragani. Let's hope it plays out.



This an exciting time for Iowa Football. It's Big Ten season. The Hawks need to keep chipping at the rock, stacking good practices and games. You can't look back. As one players shared.



After all the boos, the lightning and the struggling, there is no place like New Brunswick, NJ for the Hawkeyes to unite, play together, play physical and play strong, and kickoff 2022 with a 1-0 start in the Big Ten.
