Goose egg. Maryland game ball goes to coach Phil Parker as the Hawkeye defense pitches a complete game shutout against Maryland on Homecoming Day. Just how good is this Iowa defense? That picture comes into clearer view as the Hawks travel to Pennsylvania on Saturday to take on the Nitts. On to the contest results...….

The gusty game day winds played havoc with Y/N results this week - 26/43 entries finished at .500 or below, just 17 above. One poster had the wind to his back. Congratulations to this week's winner, Ralphio, who posted an unmatched top score of 9-1. Excellent.

We need to do what every other team does to us and stack the box with 8-9 defenders and make them throw the ball, which they really can’t do. Weather may play a role, so we need to score early and keep our foot on the gas.
