This is where I usually fall. If everything is standard and as expected, I wouldn't tip. If they run into issues, or they take extra care to do/not do something, if they're working in the attic and it's especially hot or they're outside in the rain, then I might tip $20/person. If they just show up, remove the old stuff, install the new stuff, and they're done, then I likely won't tip.Got a new fridge a few years ago. It was tight and a lot of work for the 2 guys getting it in. They were careful with no damage to fridge or walls.
Felt good giving them each a $20 and they genuinely appreciated it.
