A few years ago, a few Cesspool denizens helped Wrestling for Life fund the Jack McNerney Memorial Wrestling Camp Scholarship in memory of longtime poster, Minnhawk. Poppy Malone was the first recipient. Poppy is now a sophomore at Boone HS and today she finished 7th at the Iowa girls high school championships. She's an excellent student and a very active girl scout. (I can help you buy cookies from her, if you want. Just message me.)

Thank you for all of your years supporting us.

Jim, are you still coordinating the program that collects donated Hawk tickets to give to high school wrestlers?

Nice to see your presence Jim!
Brooke (Starlight) has a little guy on the way, in addition to their 20 month old daughter.

i would love to know this as well. I have 3 tickets I could give most home meets.

Thank you for all of the questions. Short story long.

I have had a couple of strokes and another open heart surgery. My ability to manage Wrestling for Life has suffered. However we are still working to get kids involved with wrestling. Sadly, our website went down and our web developer passed away.

We have not been brokering donated tickets this year. We are trying to provide free tickets to at least 100 middle school girls for the NCWWC in Xstream Arena the first weekend in March.

We are committed to providing at least 6 wrestling camp scholarships in May.

The explosive growth of girls' middle school wrestling has created a tremendous need for wrestling shoes and we are barely keeping up with the requests.

My email has changed to wrestlingypn@gmail.com. I have put the following link on our paypal site. Who wants to be the first to try it?

Anyway, thank you for the years of support
