Your Mount Rushmore of most loved foods

Trying to decide on a top-four is HARD, but if you put a gun to my head:

Bacon
Hickory-smoked pork ribs
Pan-fried fresh-caught Redfish (probably the best meal I ever put in my mouth)
Fettuccine in Alfredo sauce made from scratch*

* throw in some crab meat because I can't pick just four
