ISM ran a 10.6 100m and reportedly a 4.50 40yd dash in high school. There is no 100m time on him, but he improved that 40yd dash to a 4.43 in his pro day and ran a blistering 1.44 10 yard split. That is the comparison.
Brandon Smith on his pro day ran a 4.64 40yd dash and a 1.56 10 yard split.
Buie ran a 11.49 100m which translates to between a 4.7 and 4.8 40.
Howard seems to be a bit faster as he is measured at a 1.53 10 yd split and his 60 yard dash time equates to around a mid 4.6 40yd dash.
Neither are anywhere close to ISM but Howard may be closer to B Smith.
Mota ran an 11.26 100m which translates to around a 4.55ish time. Better then Howard and Buie.
Bostick ran a PR 11.72 100m in HS and that is pretty slow in translation. I only saw his results posted in 1 place but they seemed legit from a track and field competition. That is like a 4.9 or 5.0 40. Hard to believe.
Seth Anderson has a few 40 yard times on record and appears to be around a 4.50 with a personal best of 4.44. I don't know what his 40 yard split is but he does appear to be a two-stepper and so he may be comparable to ISM.
Brody Brecht reportedly ran a 4.45 40 but was recorded at a 4.53.
Just so you know, Charlie Jones ran a 4.43 and a 1.51 at his pro day. Not relevant but wanted to put it in there.
Bottom line is if those numbers for Buie and Howard are accurate, I don't see either of them seeing the field this year. Mota, maybe if he can run routes. Bostick, no way if his numbers are right. If we run a lot of 12 personnel this year it will be Lachey, All, Anderson and Ragaini. I would say Vines will get a lot of snaps and there will be a third tight end as well, probably Ostrenga.
