Always wondered why that is? I could understand if Dahm didn't have the relationship but would be confused as to why Heller would not???

Heller took a few IWCC guys during his time at Indiana State (big-leaguer Jacob Petricka the most noteworthy). I've heard Rairdon doesn't always play by the rules.
