There is basically no chance of a web-based archive of the game, unless it ends up on BTN2GO as games from other networks sometimes do (not likely).
On a similar note, is there going to be a legitimate, free live streaming option available for tourney games? Not some pirated garbage from outer Mongolia, but an actual high quality, official option?
Edit: Looks like this is the official streaming site from the NCAA, and is "free" depending on your cable provider. It looks like that if you get the channels normally as part of your TV package, you should have complete access to the streaming site.
As to the OP's question, I can't tell if the games will be archived for later viewing. There is a brief mention of "on-the-go" access, but I'm not sure what that means exactly.
