Mine is fine too…but the audio is very low..cranked up as high as it can go and barely audible. But the video aspect is fine.

I switched to the YouTube stream which sounded perfect. Seems like the BTN stream wasn’t wired into the PA system and relied on picking up sound from the pa speakers and ambient noise.
