Wes didn't have character concerns did he. Just a late bloomer

Semi late bloomer. He had the major athletic ability and some tools. Coaches didn’t think he would develope a jump shot and didn’t think his driving game would hold up in college. They were wrong

As I said when he was in HS. Great athlete, excellent handles, ok shooter (was a volume scorer in HS), not big at around 5'11 and thin, excellent defensive player when he wants to be.

Biggest question mark I'd have is desire. Maybe 2 years in college has fixed that, but he took a LOT of plays off in HS and AAU ball. I know his HS coach a bit, and am good friends with someone who knows him well. From my view, and the friends, he got a lot of skills coaching, but not much in the way of being a leader or consistent with his effort. Maybe college fixed that, don't.

Joe T is driven, a perfectionist. He is probably the strongest Hawk, pound-for-pound. I don't think there is any way Locure measures up to him.
