High level athletes in a sport like wrestling are often very strong lb per lb. Mitch Messenbrink is 5’7” and extremely lean. I was that height at his age and lean after I made weight.

It was easy to put on thirty good lbs by just eating. Thinking a young , lean, active athlete needs to use roidzzz to put on decent weight is just dumb.
