    If Iowa has boosters willing to pay $250k for Bernie, then that makes me wonder how we're having such a hard time landing top 10 p4p guys right now. And Iowa is losing out on recruits to other schools besides PSU who don't have a comparable budget.

I have a very hard time believing he wasn't paid in the same ballpark by PSU. Say PSU only paid him $100k. Then turning down the $150k difference...
