Store-bought pizza dough
My only issue with store bought dough is that it commonly has sugar. As stated in the other thread I do high temp pizza cooks so if the dough has sugar it burns. I sometimes buy my dough from a local restaurant that does wood fired pizzas. -

Sorry to disagree. It takes 15 minutes to get it to 800 degrees. I have never burned up the gaskets. Besides they are 20 dollars to replace. I use have wood and half charcoal. To each their own. -

Love it. So versatile. Cleaning is simple. Light it up and do a high temp burn. Then take the ash tray and dump in the woods. -
