You know why they sent Trump these documents? Because it was part of the PTA (Presidential Transisiton Act) and the FPA (Former Presidents Act) for Trump to go through the documents and determine which are personal v. presidential.
Finally, there is ZERO, absolutely ZERO reason this case should go to trial and will be dismissed. The FPOTUS under 2205(3) has 100% authority to POSSESS any personal OR presidential document, even at MAL.
