0-20?

Nah they'll find a way to win some games, but it won't be very many IMO. Looks like it's gonna be a lean year.

Even Lick's worst team went 4-14 in conference. If Iowa goes 0-20, Fran needs to be fired on the spot (see Prohm at ISU).

Unlikely but it is possible. I'm sure there will be a game or two where the other team is looking ahead to some other matchup and Iowa just happens to be hitting 3's and they come away with a sneaky win against PSU or something but this is the worst team Iowa has had since the end of the Lickliter years. Half of their players probably shouldn't be in division 1 ball.

I am beyond the point of caring. I think Fran will get next year with a good class coming in. If the whole thing craters further, it's time for him to get on with retirement.

Looks like that's not going to happen. Hawks have some shooters and with Freeman's improvement inside, they are looking tough. Doubt they finish .500 in the league but who knows.

I predicted they would be a 7-10 win team in the BIG10. I am still in that area and if they get to 9 or 10 wins and no more bad losses they could sneak in to the tourney. I still think this looks like a NIT type team but we will see!

I watched early games, Iowa's and other Big Ten foes, and wondered where a win would come from. Count me guilty as charged. Last night's game, while defense lacked in a fairly long stretch, was a good game. They really moved the ball well. Can't count on them shooting like that but last night was a good night.

Perkins with 15 assists is not something I ever expected to see.

People have fair criticism on how Fran does in late season and in tournament. But he’s always had some decent success in big ten play compared to where you predict his rosters would finish.

He’s a good with player development and I want to see what he does with Freeman, dix, harding, and Bowen next year.

Think it’s more likely Fran moves on, on his own before his performance gets to a point where the new AD decides to do anything.

Michigan game at home our only so called bad conference loss. We’re going to have to get a an unexpected road win somewhere and keep holding serve at home. Our fast pace of ball is hard for the opposition to play at for 40 minutes at home. However you need to be better at Defense to win on the road. If we were sitting at 3-2 vs 2-3 the outlook would be brighter. Lots of ball to be played.

And four or five of those assists were absolute dimes. Perkins was fun to watch.
