It's not a good stat but it is an odd stat. We have played superbly on the road but have gone o-fer on the neutral court games. Very odd. It must be the match-ups I guess.

What concerns me more is Fran's record in the B1G tournament since he has been at Iowa.

aside from Alford, he's better than any other Iowa coach... in fact ONLY Alford and Fran have won a Big Ten Tourney game.

Iowa beat Drake at Wells Fargo arena in December that year, although that isn't anything brag about

I believe Tom Davis only coached one year in the tourney. Saying those two coaches are the "only" coaches to win a game in the B1G tourney is misleading.

I believe Fran is like 2-6 in the B1G tournament games, much like his NCAA tournament record.

Fran has better record than Lickliter, that is what you can say.
