4 sure. He was a game-changer, and flipped the field for us repeatedly throughout his iowa career. Specialists are key to Iowa's success.

This fall will involve the greatest number of specialists vying for a spot with the Hawks, that I've ever seen. Hopefully, a strong winner will emerge.
It wasn't just about "hang time" with Reggie. Sure, around midfield he would launch it skyward, but as a field position punter, I can't think of a guy that was better in college...maybe ever. He used to hit these directional line drives that would just baffle the return guy. It would get over his head so fast that he was either catching it on a dead run going the wrong way, or it just bounded away because he couldn't get there in time. What a weapon he was for a defense...field position was never safe with him even backed up to his goal. Loved me some Reggie. RIP
Only Reggie could make 60,000 Hawkeye fans stand up and cheer on a 4th down punting situation.

Back in the day when a young Reggie played for Waterloo East and they had a game at Mason City, we would watch in wonderment while he warmed up with his booming punts that could be probably be spotted in the horizon from Clear Lake.....
Haha my kid did that once in Dodger Stadium. We never did find the ball, either.
