If he's found guilty in the DC case...then yes.
Until then this is very problematic.
Not sure that current charges in the DC case would even support this...

Agree but it'd give it more legitimacy IMO.Not sure that current charges in the DC case would even support this...
That’s two threads you started on the subject. Can’t wait for your next one.State of Colorado said the 14th Amendment applies to Trump.
Praise the Lord!
Democrats trying to save democracy by interfering with democracy.I tend to agree with the court, we don't convict or sentence in the court of public opinion... it's done in a court of law. If/when Trump is found guilty of charges that would disqualify him for running for or being elected as president then this should happen in every state... until that time though he's still eligible.
There ya goDemocrats trying to save democracy by following the constitution.
Even Donald Trump is afforded Due Process under the law, which falls under the 5th amendment, assuming there's some order to these things, the 5th seems to be a higher priority than the 14th. So under the guise of innocent until proven guilty, I disagree they're following the constitution. There ya go
How does that fit with the 14th amendment?Well, Biden has not protected our borders and taken money from China so he will be off the Ballot in Texas and Florida.
False. He hasn’t even been charged, let alone indicted of this by the Special Counsel. There ya go
Doesn't matter.False. He hasn’t even been charged, let alone indicted of this by the Special Counsel.
Good one crackerThis happens when judges use their personal feelings, not the facts of the case, to decide.
How does that fit with the 14th amendment?
Supreme Court will reverse this 9-0.Doesn't matter.
