17,000 nonexistent Hillary emails discovered. Does it matter?

Given the new discovery of 17,000 Hillary emails that didn't exist, who gets the Democratic nod?

  • Hillary

    Votes: 6 15.4%
  • Bernie Sanders

    Votes: 6 15.4%
  • Joe Biden

    Votes: 10 25.6%
  • Other

    Votes: 17 43.6%

  • Total voters

At this point it's only reported by Fox News, so who knows how accurate it is, but assuming it's true, will it matter? Assuming some kind of negligence is uncovered with Benghazi, does it destroy Hillary's nomination chances, or not?

FNC is much more reliable than the Democratic party lines you see any where else .

MSNBC is turning on her. The Washington Post has turned on her. It’s only a matter of time before the New York Times starts treating her like her name isn’t Clinton. Yeah, she’s done.

Even democrats or at least the liberal ones should hope she is done, she is an awful candidate and would make an awful POTUS. Her past is littered with incompetence and scandal but for some reason so many want to hold her up as a shining example for women. She is nothing more than a career politician who has been in the game more for ego and power than for truly helping the American people.

Bernie is a much better choice and, yes, I know he is also a career guy but it seems his mission really has been to look out for the American middle class vs using them as a stepping stone (see Hillary).

I always like to see at least 2 sources between FNC, MSNBC, and CNN report something before I believe too much. We all know MSNBC and FNC are very one-sided, and IMO, CNN leans left but not like MSNBC.

To clarify, these aren't Hillary emails. These are emails from a "former deputy assistant secretary of state".

It will be interesting to see if the state department gives a reason they didn't hand over these emails originally, and why they just found them now.

Just a dumb question. Can anyone tell me how many emails we are now talking about on her private server? And these are coming and going, right?

I'm trying to establish if Hillary was on her computer more than many of us are on ours? And some of us, including me, sure seem to be on this internet thing quite a bit. 17,000 emails to write or read? And those were extras just recently found?

As to if this finishes off her campaign or not, doesn't matter to me as she is just one of several candidates I don't care for. Wasn't high up, or entirely bottom, of the pile.

Yet all the Lib's will still lick her heels and claim it was some conspiracy.

conspiracy theories about bin laden being dead since 2001, or that Obama is hiding something with his birth certificate, or that bill Clinton was drug dealing in mena, Arkansas and had two teens killed who stumbled upon the airfield, are all vast right wing nonsense which are not to be believed. but if Hillary needs a conspiracy theory to cover her butt, by all means, it's real and to be believed!

I thought the same thing, Even if Hillary deleted them, the people she sent them to or received them from would certainly still have copies in many cases, right? I'm not sure what truly happened, but the whole thing of emails being "gone" is pretty fishy. Now that the State Department is reporting the find, my first thought was 'has someone turned on Hillary' at a high level within the state department? Did Biden decide to run and this was an easy way to get rid of her?

It's all just very strange.

This, actually didn't have anything to do with her personal server, rather they were recovered by the State Department.

I'll add, CNN has nothing about it yet, and MSNBC's top story is "Fiorina Under Fire" for something she said 14 years ago... Followed by "bad new for Chris Christie"

I have a feeling I'm not going to get an answer to my question. :( Impatient, I know. But if I go to my email right now I've got about three pages of emails I haven't read. Examples from just the first page:

My business associate, ebay has sent me four emails. I allow them to come in, check the titles, read some, delete the rest without looking.
A sometime supplier, Office Depot. Eight emails. I really should block these.

And, there are about five other "sources" over various degrees of uselessness that show up all the time.

Again, in Hillary's case, they just found 17,000 new ones? How many total are there!!! And she can't be reading or writing all of these....

I get that she had a private server. Correct me if I'm wrong but at the time she was Secretary of State that was not illegal or anything? Dumb, maybe. I don't know though considering the recent hack jobs maybe it was safer after all? (I hope I'm joking)

Were any of these 17,000 spam? Did the go right to the trash box?

I know we concerned she kept secrets. I get that. But the shear volume we are talking about? And by deleting them are we talking about the occasional, "I'm recycling this crap" type deleting?

Need help...need explanations....thanks!

She is finished now we will see how fast the DNC turns on her, I predict a meeting with Hill the Hun asking her to hang it up, of course she will laugh at them and say no, then the destruction of Hill the Hun begins from within.

These emails aren't to or from Hillary. They are emails from Philippe Reines to reporters. There could be stuff about Hillary in the emails, but they aren't emails that Hillary sent or received.

Good spot, I reread it and it looks to me that you're correct. I can't imagine that if these messages are to reporters, that they'll show anything we didn't already know. It also makes me wonder if the article was edited from the time it was originally posted, how could I have read it so wrong?

My thoughts too. ^^ Something is going on behind the scenes, the "wall of silence" protecting Hillary is crumbling down right now.

Her name is Valerie Jarrett.

Go take a look at the original group that brought up the Obama birth certificate ordeal. Hint, its a person running for president and not on the conservative side

You are wrong. It was illegal.

What are the market odds for AL Gore? I think things will line up perfectly for a late run and victory.
