ISU's new staff continues to be very active on the recruiting front, including a new in-state offer in the Class of 2018 today, which is interesting because I believe that's the first Iowa kid to have a Division I offer in that class.
Anyway, it's Cedar Rapids Washington OL Andrew Todd that picked up the offer. He's a 6-4, 255-pound OT/OG. Also has interest from Arkansas, Illinois, and Northwestern. I believe his older brother plays at Montana.
