2019 Best OT, TE, DE Tandems In The Country

TE's would have to have Fant come back his SR year of course. I don't even know which position is going to be the best. You could make a case for all of them. Barring injury I'd be surprised if they all weren't at least the best tandems in the B1G. Have never seen this many good underclassmen making an impact on 1 Iowa team.

Marv Cook's son has to be able to make the 2-deeps at TE. I thought Beyer was also supposed to be a stud.

Wirf and Jackson will be imposing pair next year.

Fant and hockenson give Iowa a tandem with abilities we haven't seen at Iowa in a long time, if ever at the TE position. It's unfortunate for beyer and cook but those are your starters as long as they're at Iowa and for good reason.

Are you joking? Hesse is already a 3 yr. starter and WAY better against the run at this point. Epenesa will have to get a lot better against the run to be a starter. He is working out just fine in his rotation right now.
