Fran offered him a little while ago. He took an unofficial visit here over the summer and liked the coaches and our offense. He has offers from us (his first), NC State, and Georgia Tech. He is from NC so we don't have much of a location advantage. He also said he has received interest from Duke, NC, Virginia, and Kansas. He is just a freshman but is already 6'2'' and is very athletic and a great shooter.
Nice to see Fran trying to land a stud in the making early on. Always nice to offer a kid his 1st P5 scholarship and it can't hurt in his future decision. That said we are probably going to have to beat out some blue bloods for him if he continues to improve...
